Some days I have nine or more back-to-back meetings. I never had time to write up notes, our CRM went stale, and I was dropping the ball with leads, partners, and collaborators. So we built me an AI agent, on-premise, confidential, no cloud.
It sits on my desk, listens to my calls, takes the notes, and populates our CRM on its own. Every morning it tells me who to follow up with, already sorted by type: potential clients, partners, speaking opportunities. It's on Telegram too, so it works when I'm out for a coffee or at an event, with the other person's permission. I stay on top of every conversation now.
